Chefs

What we are craving to bake.

David Eyre's Pancake featured on food52.

This looks delectable. A wonderful batter baked in an iron skillet and served with jam or marmalade. Preferably apricot for me.
I am making this when I go home. It has to happen.

Last night I made soup for dinner. 
It turned out pretty well if I do say so myself. 


But I am really itching to whip up a pie. Any kind. 
Pie exceeds cake in every way.
And there is no good place to get a slice around here. 


What a rip.

Cherry
Coconut cream
Blueberry
Apple
Key lime
Etc. Etc. Etc.
